The mother behind the roast
Nakabiito — from surviving to providing
Nakabiito is a mother whose story marks one of the most remarkable transformations we have witnessed at the farm school. She arrived struggling to feed her children and left with the skills, seedlings, and confidence to farm her own land.
Today there is food on her table, her children are in school, and her harvest is part of the coffee you are holding. Every bag with her name is a reminder that a single graduate can lift an entire family.
Every roast carries the name of a graduate from the Mission World of Hope farm school in Uganda. When you brew a cup, you say their name out loud.
